The only guaranteed way to find your size is with sizing kits! Sizing kits are the best way to find your sizes, and with no measurements required! A sizing kit is a blank nail in every size for the shape/length you’d like! I use the Apres Gel-X Natural soft gel nail tips, and each shape/length comes in 14 sizes. A sizing kit comes with 1 nail in each size, and a card for you to keep track of your sizes. That way you know exactly what size nails you need for the shape and length that you’d want! Nail tip sizes can vary from length/shape, so if you’d like multiple shapes and multiple lengths, I’d recommend a sizing kit for each! 

Alternatively, you can also measure your nails and compare it to the size chart on each listing. While it isn’t as fool-proof as a sizing kit, it works well for many people. Just make sure to double check your measurements prior to checkout!

To measure your nails, take some clear tape and lay it over the widest part of each of your nails, and mark with a pen. Remove the tape from your nail and measure in millimeters the width of each of your nails and compare to the size chart for the shape/length of press-ons you'd like! If you are between sizes with those measurements, it is always better to size up. You can file down your press-ons to make a better fit!

I highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit in the shape and length you are interested in beforehand. Sizing Kits are the most accurate way to find your size!

Why contact me before paying the Custom Order Deposit? While I adore nail art, and love making custom press-ons, I might not have the supplies needed for your design, or I might not have the skillset needed to make a quality set of custom nails for what you are looking for! Every artist has strengths and weaknesses. To make things as smooth as possible, I ask that anyone interested in a custom set reach out to me to make sure I’m the right artist for you!

Once we’ve agreed on a design and a general timeline, I’ll direct you towards the Custom Order Deposit. Once the deposit is processed, I’ll start making your custom set! During this phase, I may check back in with you to make sure the design is going the way you envisioned, and ask for feedback on what I’m doing. Minor adjustments are part of the process, but any major alterations or entire design changes would require a new deposit for a separate set of nails. I am happy to communicate with you about your custom design, so please contact me with any questions or concerns during the design process! After I have begun working on your custom design, the deposit will no longer be refundable. I will do my best to make sure we are on the same page about your design, but if you feel that things are just not working out, please let me know right away so we can figure out the best course of action. 

After your nails are complete, I will let you know! The final step is to pay in full for your custom set. Once I receive that payment/shipping details, I’ll send your custom order straight to you!

Press-on nails can last anywhere from a few days to two weeks, depending on factors such as the adhesive used, the care taken during wear, and individual activities. Proper application and maintenance can significantly extend their lifespan. Adhesive tabs generally last 1-3 days (perfect for special events!) and nail glue (with proper preparation) can last 2-3 weeks!

When applied with proper glues and removed correctly, press-on nails are safe for your natural nails! They do not require harsh processes or extensive filing to wear, minimizing the risk of damage. However, it is essential to follow proper application and removal techniques to maintain nail health! DO NOT EVER USE ANY GLUE OR ADHESIVE THAT REQUIRES AN LED/UV LIGHT TO CURE. If you’d like recommendations for other glues to try, feel free to message me! 

To remove press-on nails, gently soak your fingers in warm, soapy water for about 10-15 minutes. This will help loosen the adhesive. Once softened, carefully lift the edges of the press-on nails using a wooden cuticle stick. Avoid pulling or forcing them off to prevent damage to your natural nails. If your glue is being stubborn, add a couple drops of oil (cuticle oil or vegetable oil works) to warm soapy water and soak for longer. Removing your press-ons should not be painful, and should not need excessive force!

Yes, your press-on nails can be reused if they are properly removed and cleaned. After removal, clean the press-ons with soap and water, and store them in a safe place. When you are ready to reapply, file off any excess adhesive, wipe down with alcohol and apply as normal! Your Ready Press Go press-ons can typically be reworn 3-5 times with proper care!

Nail glue is not one size fits all! If you and the nail glue included with your order just aren’t getting along, don’t panic! The glue included works well for most people, but there are other options out there for you to pick up and try! Brush on glue is my personal favorite, and there are several brands who make thicker or more gel-like glue, which might serve you better. DO NOT EVER USE ANY GLUE OR ADHESIVE THAT REQUIRES AN LED/UV LIGHT TO CURE. If you’d like recommendations for other glues to try, feel free to message me! 

Due to hygiene and health concerns, I maintain a strict policy regarding opened or used products. For the safety and well-being of everyone, press-on nails that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. 

Unopened/Unused Products- I accept returns of unopened and unused press-on nails within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, the products must be in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging and unopened/unused. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items- If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package! Accidents happen, and I want to ensure your satisfaction and will offer a return or exchange in these cases. 

Return Process- To initiate a return, please contact me through the Contact Page on my website. You will need to provide your proof of purchase and may be asked to submit photos of the product’s condition. From there, I will help you through the steps to return the item.
